Actualmente, estados como Baja California, Baja California Sur, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Oaxaca, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Quintana Roo ya registran beneficios derivados de esta din\u00e1mica\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La llegada y expansi\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda Michelin a M\u00e9xico tambi\u00e9n eleva la demanda de ingredientes locales de alta calidad, impulsa a productores nacionales vinculados con agricultura, pesca y distribuci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica. La industria restaurantera aporta alrededor del 15 por ciento del PIB tur\u00edstico nacional y genera cerca de 2 millones de empleos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras superar los 245 mil millones de pesos en derrama gastron\u00f3mica tur\u00edstica durante 2025, se prev\u00e9 que la cifra contin\u00fae creciendo entre un 2 y 5 por ciento para 2026, impulsada por el turismo experiencial, la expansi\u00f3n de destinos gastron\u00f3micos y el posicionamiento internacional de la cocina mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ignacio Alarc\u00f3n Rodr\u00edguez Pacheco afirma que la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC) fortalece la articulaci\u00f3n del sector con el objetivo de traducir este reconocimiento en beneficios sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste a\u00f1o, Gu\u00eda Michelin incorpora a Jalisco, Puebla y Yucat\u00e1n.
