Guanajuato s\u00ed sabe de sabor y lleva a cabo eventos gastron\u00f3micos que se han vuelto ic\u00f3nicos; hay gente que llega a la entidad y cuyo primer motivo de viaje es la gastronom\u00eda\u201d, apunt\u00f3 \u00c1lvarez Brunel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este delicioso evento \u2013 que es parte de \u201cGuanajuato \u00a1S\u00ed Sabe!\u201d, Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica que impulsa eventos gastron\u00f3micos que ponen en valor los ingredientes end\u00e9micos del estado \u2013 pondr\u00e1 a prueba a 12 chefs que preparar\u00e1n platillos con productos end\u00e9micos del destino como el nopal, escamoles, huitlacoche, garambullo, agave, xoconostle, chilcuague; as\u00ed como la coliflor, br\u00f3coli, fresas, cajeta, y esp\u00e1rragos, por mencionar algunos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bebidas guanajuatenses que acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n estos platillos son: tequila, cerveza artesanal, vino, licores, hidromiel, y mezcal. Dicho maridaje ser\u00e1 probado por m\u00e1s de 500 comensales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa gastronom\u00eda ha permitido a Guanajuato compartir la mesa con diferentes comensales y chefs, quienes han reconocido la riqueza culinaria que poseemos. Nuestros destinos son el escenario perfecto para reunir a grandes personalidades de la cocina que nos har\u00e1n vivir grandes experiencias gastron\u00f3micas\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el secretario de Turismo estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consuelo Elipe mencion\u00f3 que los seis chefs m\u00e1s importantes de M\u00e9xico invitados en esta edici\u00f3n son: Carlos Gayt\u00e1n, primer chef mexicano Estrella Michelin; Jonat\u00e1n G\u00f3mez Luna,&nbsp;<em>50 Best<\/em>&nbsp;y una Estrella Michelin en M\u00e9xico; Rodrigo Rivera Rio,&nbsp;<em>50 Best<\/em>, una Estrella Michelin en M\u00e9xico y&nbsp;<em>c\u00f3ctel excepcional Award<\/em>&nbsp;por la Gu\u00eda Michelin; Gabriela Ru\u00edz,&nbsp;<em>50 Best<\/em>, Iron Chef y recomendada por la Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico; Gerardo V\u00e1zquez Lugo,&nbsp;<em>50 Best<\/em>, Iron Chef y recomendado por Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico; y Paco Ruano,&nbsp;<em>50 Best<\/em>&nbsp;y Iron Chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos ellos cocinar\u00e1n con los chefs guanajuatenses: Christian Arreguin, Domingo Mart\u00ednez, Mayela C\u00e1rdenas, Karen Valadez, Fernando P\u00e9rez, Juan Emilio Villase\u00f1or, Maurillo de los Santos, Ang\u00e9lica Garc\u00eda, Arturo Sandoval, Miguel Valenzuela, y Abel Hern\u00e1ndez, en los restaurantes: Trattoria Terraza, Amatxi, Casa Mercedes, Virgen de la Cueva, de Guanajuato Capital; Argentilia, La Cocinoteca, Sato, Casa Biznaga, de Le\u00f3n; Bocaciega, Atrio, Florios, y Selina Roof Top, de San Miguel de Allende, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMuy contentos de celebrar esta segunda edici\u00f3n con chefs que han recibido Estrellas Michelin y que est\u00e1n entre los 50 mejores del mundo, y quienes har\u00e1n una importante sinergia con reconocidos chefs de Guanajuato interpretando los productos guanajuatenses con conceptos y c\u00f3digos propios de su alta cocina y su lenguaje culinario\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Carlos Elizondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este evento cumplir\u00e1 los siguientes objetivos: poner en el m\u00e1s alto valor los ingredientes end\u00e9micos del estado de Guanajuato; dar visibilidad a las cocineras tradicionales y a los chefs invitados; dar a conocer los ingredientes del estado de la mano de los chefs invitados destacados en M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s de sus rectas de alta cocina y su particular visi\u00f3n y filosof\u00eda de la gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acercar la cocina de los grandes chefs a los restaurantes del estado para que el p\u00fablico pueda disfrutar los ingredientes de Guanajuato cocinados desde otro punto de vista; crear alianzas entre chefs locales y chefs top que conocer\u00e1n Guanajuato y sus ingredientes, entre otros objetivos.
