Los morenistas Linda Cobos y Alberto Bat\u00fan, y el petista Roberto Erales, votaron en contra.<\/p>\n<p>El lobby empresarial sali\u00f3 a apoyar p\u00fablicamente el proyecto, para intentar darle volumen ciudadano a la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La obra se realizar\u00e1 bajo el formato de Asociaci\u00f3n P\u00fablicoPrivada, y costar\u00e1 m\u00e1s 4670 MDP, de los cuales 2 mil millones los aportar\u00e1 el Gobierno Federal.<\/p>\n<p>El estado le pagar\u00e1 a la empresa constructora durante 28 a\u00f1os, con recursos del peaje que se cobre y de las participaciones federales.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un pol\u00e9mico proyecto por el cual el Estado comprometer\u00e1 el 4.9% de los recursos del Fondo General de Participaciones durante 30 a\u00f1os, para pagarle a una empresa constructora.<\/p>\n<p>Justamente esa fue una de las razones que dio el diputado del Roberto Erales, quien dijo que a lo largo de 30 a\u00f1os el Estado pagar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de 20 mil millones de pesos a una empresa que aportar\u00e1, para construirlo, s\u00f3lo el 10% de esos recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1aron en el voto en contra a Erales los morenistas Linda Cobos y Alberto Batun. Hubo 20 votos a favor de todas las bancadas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los diputados que votaron a favor, el principal argumento fue que se trata de una gran obra de infraestructura, necesaria para Canc\u00fan, y que es un proyecto conjunto entre los gobiernos Federal y estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n dijeron que ser\u00e1n muy vigilantes de que la empresa que construya el Puente Vehicular Nichupt\u00e9 cumpla cabalmente con su compromiso. (<a title=\"Va el Puente Nichupt\u00e9 para Canc\u00fan con inversi\u00f3n de 4 mil 455 mdp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dev.nitu.mx\/index.php\/2020\/12\/16\/va-el-puente-nichupte-para-cancun-con-inversion-de-4-mil-455-mdp\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Va el Puente Nichupt\u00e9 para Canc\u00fan con inversi\u00f3n de 4 mil 455 mdp<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Ante las fuertes cr\u00edticas que se generaron en las \u00faltimas horas contra el proyecto, el lobby empresarial sali\u00f3 a apoyarlo p\u00fablicamente, para intentar darle volumen ciudadano a la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La obra se realizar\u00e1 bajo el formato de asociaci\u00f3n P\u00fablico Privada, y costar\u00e1 4676 millones de pesos, de los cuales 2 mil millones los aportar\u00e1 el Gobierno Federal.<\/p>\n<p>El Puente ser\u00e1 con peaje, y del recurso que de all\u00ed se genera, m\u00e1s el 5% de las participaciones federales, se le pagar\u00e1 anualmente a la empresa constructora.<\/p>\n<p>Tan s\u00f3lo en el primer a\u00f1o de utilizaci\u00f3n completa, que ser\u00eda en 2023, se le pagar\u00e1n a la empresa 392 millones de pesos. Los pagos luego ir\u00e1n subiendo anualmente, hasta superar los mil millones anuales.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un Puente de cuota de 8.6 kil\u00f3metros, que sale desde la antigua Torre de Control en Bonampak y Rodrigo G\u00f3mez, y llega a la altura del hotel Ritz Carlton en la zona hotelera de Canc\u00fan.
