{"id":43331,"date":"2020-06-08T15:59:16","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T20:59:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dev.nitu.mx\/?p=43331"},"modified":"2020-06-09T00:44:02","modified_gmt":"2020-06-09T05:44:02","slug":"volaris-ajusta-su-modelo-comercial-v-pass-para-conservar-clientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nitu.mx\/index.php\/2020\/06\/08\/volaris-ajusta-su-modelo-comercial-v-pass-para-conservar-clientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Volaris ajusta su modelo comercial V.Pass para conservar clientes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El disruptivo modelo comercial que implant\u00f3 Volaris en 2018, V.Pass, no estaba preparado para un impacto como el que gener\u00f3 la pandemia de Covid-19, por lo que ahora la l\u00ednea debe hacer serios ajustes para conservar la plantilla de suscriptores alcanzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace dos a\u00f1os, Volaris present\u00f3 en M\u00e9xico el sistema V.Pass, considerado el Netflix o el Spotify de la aviaci\u00f3n, pues con una renta mensual, los clientes que se suscribieran a la plataforma podr\u00edan acceder a un viaje nacional al mes por un precio fijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plataforma, desarrollada por la empresa Caravelo, despert\u00f3 gran inter\u00e9s entre los viajeros, principalmente de generaciones j\u00f3venes, y lleg\u00f3 a una base de 30 mil usuarios; pero la llegada del Covid-19 impidi\u00f3 que los clientes aprovecharan el servicio, y Volaris enfrenta ahora el reto de renovar las suscripciones que se vayan venciendo en este periodo, ante una desmotivaci\u00f3n del pasajero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u00f1aki Uriz, CEO de Caravelo, junto con Holger Blankenstein, vicepresidente ejecutivo Comercial y Operaciones de Volaris, delinean la estrategia para lograr este objetivo, pues adem\u00e1s representa una oportunidad para recuperarse de la ca\u00edda sin precedentes que dej\u00f3 esta pandemia en la aviaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Todo se ha tratado de ser flexible y generoso&#8221;, dijo Uriz.&nbsp;\u201cSabemos que no podemos brindarle un servicio y nos complacer\u00e1 brindarlo en el futuro.&nbsp;Decimos: &#8216;Qu\u00e9date con nosotros y seremos amables contigo&#8217;.&nbsp;Podemos completarlo con uno o dos vuelos m\u00e1s&#8221;, agreg\u00f3 el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Caravelo, este modelo de negocio es muy s\u00f3lido, ya que a\u00fan durante la contingencia sanitaria se manten\u00edan los pagos de suscripci\u00f3n por parte de los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de la Covid-19, V.Pass y Volaris ya ve\u00edan obst\u00e1culos por vencer en el plano comercial, pues pese al \u00e9xito para desplazar el producto entre un gran volumen de clientes, \u00e9stos no viajaban m\u00e1s de cinco veces al a\u00f1o.
