{"id":42867,"date":"2020-05-25T10:13:30","date_gmt":"2020-05-25T15:13:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dev.nitu.mx\/?p=42867"},"modified":"2020-05-25T10:13:37","modified_gmt":"2020-05-25T15:13:37","slug":"suspende-mara-lezama-construccion-del-hotel-grand-solaris-en-playa-delfines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nitu.mx\/index.php\/2020\/05\/25\/suspende-mara-lezama-construccion-del-hotel-grand-solaris-en-playa-delfines\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspende Mara Lezama construcci\u00f3n del hotel Grand Solaris en Playa Delfines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Poniendo por delante su compromiso de proteger el medio ambiente y el estado de derecho, la Presidente Municipal de Benito Ju\u00e1rez (Canc\u00fan) Mara Lezama, inform\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales la decisi\u00f3n de suspender la construcci\u00f3n del hotel Grand Solaris en un predio contiguo a la playa p\u00fablica m\u00e1s popular del lugar, Playa Delfines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identificada por sus letras panor\u00e1micas, Paya Delfines es un punto de referencia el destino, desde que iniciaron los trabajos de limpieza y delimitaci\u00f3n del predio en cuesti\u00f3n, hace 3 a\u00f1os, la comunidad cancunense, alz\u00f3 la voz pidiendo que no se construyera nada ah\u00ed para no perder una de las pocas ventanas al mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1os despu\u00e9s y en medio de la pandemia, Grand Solaris reinicio los trabajos respaldados por una licencia de construcci\u00f3n otorgada por la administraci\u00f3n pasada y aparentemente con todo en orden, hoy la alcaldesa respaldada en la ley, anuncia la suspensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHoy, hago del conocimiento p\u00fablico la suspensi\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n del proyecto hotelero Gran Solaris Canc\u00fan a un costado de un predio de Fonatur que colinda con Playa Delfines\u201d,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"982\" height=\"556\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dev.nitu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-05-25-a-las-10.09.26.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42869\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nitu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-05-25-a-las-10.09.26.png 982w, https:\/\/nitu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-05-25-a-las-10.09.26-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/nitu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2020-05-25-a-las-10.09.26-768x435.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 982px) 100vw, 982px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> \u201cesta decisi\u00f3n es resultado de meses de investigaci\u00f3n con expertos en la materia y en cumplimiento al mandamiento que nos rigen\u201d.<\/p><cite>Mara Lezama Espinoza<br>Presidente Municipal Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que esos permisos que se otorgaron le anteceden en el tiempo, pues no fue en esta administraci\u00f3n que se les aval\u00f3 el proyecto, sino que viene de las pasadas, por eso es que se revis\u00f3 a detalle la documentaci\u00f3n; as\u00ed que se instruy\u00f3 al secretario de ecolog\u00eda para que presente los detalles que avalan la decisi\u00f3n.
