{"id":29763,"date":"2019-03-05T00:43:30","date_gmt":"2019-03-05T05:43:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dev.nitu.mx\/?p=29763"},"modified":"2019-03-05T01:39:45","modified_gmt":"2019-03-05T06:39:45","slug":"cancun-se-reafirma-como-un-destino-turistico-promotor-de-la-gastronomia-regional-mexicana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nitu.mx\/index.php\/2019\/03\/05\/cancun-se-reafirma-como-un-destino-turistico-promotor-de-la-gastronomia-regional-mexicana\/","title":{"rendered":"Canc\u00fan se reafirma como un destino tur\u00edstico\u00a0promotor de la gastronom\u00eda regional mexicana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Festival Gastron\u00f3mico Club Sibarita, uno de los m\u00e1s prestigiosos del sureste de M\u00e9xico, otorg\u00f3 por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo el Premio The Best of The Best, de Food &amp; Wine, al chef Eduardo Torres, del Restaurante Ramona, ubicado en Nizuc Resort &amp; Spa, reconocimiento que reafirma a este centro tur\u00edstico como un destacado exponente de la cocina regional mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>La tercera edici\u00f3n del encuentro gastron\u00f3mico, celebrado en M\u00e9rida, reuni\u00f3 a casi 40 de los m\u00e1s importantes chefs procedentes de diversas partes del pa\u00eds, incluyendo a seis representantes del Caribe Mexicano, para presentar al p\u00fablico asistente algunos de sus mejores recetas y platillos de la cocina regional y nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de los tres d\u00edas de actividades del festival, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el evento Taste the Best, un concurso que permite a los chefs mostrar sus habilidades en la cocina y preparar recetas de su autor\u00eda con ingredientes de la regi\u00f3n. El jurado calificador eligi\u00f3 al chef Eduardo Torres como ganador del certamen con base en la presentaci\u00f3n, originalidad y sabor de su platillo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFue una agradable experiencia participar en este concurso que nos motiva a utilizar nuestros conocimientos y creatividad para promover la cocina regional\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Eduardo Torres, quien present\u00f3 como platillo ganador una chuleta de cordero en salsa de cerveza oscura, pur\u00e9 de papa con chile xcatic, r\u00e1bano, cebolla, chile serrano y cilantro.<\/p>\n<p>Graduado en Artes Culinarias, el chef Eduardo Torres es un apasionado de la cocina tradicional de M\u00e9xico y define su manera de cocinar como una \u201ccocina sincera\u201d. Cuenta con una trayectoria profesional que incluye importantes resorts como Le Meridien Canc\u00fan, St. Regis Punta Mita, Le Basilic Canc\u00fan, Hilton Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y St. Regis Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, donde tuvo a su cargo la mesa del chef La Table Krung. Hace un a\u00f1o se incorpor\u00f3 a Ramona, restaurante de alta cocina mexicana de Nizuc Resort &amp; Spa, donde presenta un men\u00fa vanguardista con platos aut\u00e9nticos y un toque personal contempor\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl estilo de la cocina de Ramona es una cocina mexicana contempor\u00e1nea, una cocina honesta y de gran sabor.
